Important: We currently only ship to the following locations : USA, Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Norway, Iceland, Gibralter, Switzerland, Singapore, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
If your location is not listed above, please contact us to check as we may still be able to ship to your location under certain circumstances.
If wishing to buy more than one item, please contact us by email to check whether the items can be packed together for reduced delivery costs, as the Paypal shopping cart cannot combine shipping charges.

If you do not wish to use the shopping cart
Contact sales via email, include your full name and address, and indicate your preferred method of payment. We will email you back with confirmation that the item is still available, along with the total price to pay, and the item will then be reserved for you for a specific period awaiting your payment. The item will then be shown in the status field as: Reserved.
Shipping costs for individual items are as illustrated against each item, with different rates for UK and Overseas destinations. However, please note that some of the heavier items for sale on the site may not always be available to overseas destinations through the online shopping cart, as the overseas shipping charges can vary significantly by country.
Where this is the case the button will only apply to UK deliveries, and the International zones will display only an 'Email for costs' link.

Dispatched within 2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Personal cheque in £ sterling - Dispatched after cheque clearance, usually 5-7 working days.
Bank transfer - Dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of funds.
Shipping Methods
Shipping within the UK will normally be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked 48.
Overseas destinations will be by Royal Mail International Tracked, or courier.
You can of course arrange your own shipping if you wish.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase, please contact Scientific Collectables within 14 days of receipt, and in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return the item at your cost for a full refund, providing the item is received in 'as sent' condition. Where possible, all original product packaging should be returned with the item.
