This Otis King model 'K' Type C is stamped Made in England with serial No. B6199 on the base, and the Patent No. is 183723 with scales 414 and 423.

Made by Carbic Limited, London in the early 1970s, it's in good condition, with clean scuff free helical scales, although the central black tube has a rough, textured feel (see photos) it retains almost all of its black finish and the chrome tubes are free from any plating loss.

It is accompanied by its brown leather carry case, which is also in good condition, although it has had a small repair to the flap, it comes in a later added card case and includes its original 16 page instruction booklet with the 54 Dundonald Road, London address, plus a later copy of a marketing leaflet.

Including its leather case it weighs just under 310 grams with its card box.
